In our 1:1 Coaching Sessions we begin to identify and address potential underlying root cause factors or barriers to health.
This is first done through a Comprehensive Health History reviewed during your Initial Session.

We aim to improve health through a 'whole person' approach; personalized nutrition, lifestyle (sleep, movement), supplementation recommendations, mindfulness and nervous system support.
