Get to Know Our Approach

In our 1:1 Sessions we begin to identify and address underlying root cause factors or barriers to health.

 

This is first done through a Comprehensive Health History reviewed during your Initial Session.

​

We aim to improve health through a 'whole person' approach; personalized evidence based nutrition and supplement recommendations, lifestyle (sleep, movement), mindfulness and nervous system tools that help to enhance protocols.

​

Follow up sessions are where you will receive ongoing support, plan adjustments and guidance around how to keep changes sustainable beyond our time together.
