Meet Ruby Jusas
Certified Nutrition Specialist, Certified Dietician-Nutritionist & Holistic Health Coach
As a functional nutritionist, I view health as a connection of mind, body, spirit and seek to identify and address underlying root cause factors or barriers to health.
My passion for nutrition and holistic wellness is not only professional, but also strongly rooted in personal experiences. My own journey with health challenges, including Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, IBS, Stage 4 endometriosis, pelvic floor dysfunction, and interstitial cystitis led me to seek a deeper understanding of how to work with my body that so often felt like it was "fighting against itself".
That search led me down a transformative path of learning: how to nourish my body with supportive nutrition, rewrite self-talk, improve my relationship with food, and ultimately feel safe in my body again.
These experiences now fuel my mission to help others uncover the root causes of their symptoms and reconnect with their bodies in a more compassionate, empowered way.
