This recipe is rich in magnesium from dark chocolate and almonds. Vitamin b6 from pumpkin seeds and walnuts. And a touch of sweetness to satiate your sweet tooth.

Ingredients:
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp avocado oil
1/4 cup trail mix with walnuts, almonds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds
1 tbsp mini marshmallows
Method:
Melt dark chocolate with avocado oil in the microwave
Mix in trail mix and marshmallows
Place in the refrigerator until chocolate hardens.
Break apart and enjoy!
