Rocky Road Dark Chocolate

This recipe is rich in magnesium from dark chocolate and almonds. Vitamin b6 from pumpkin seeds and walnuts. And a touch of sweetness to satiate your sweet tooth.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp avocado oil

  • 1/4 cup trail mix with walnuts, almonds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds

  • 1 tbsp mini marshmallows


Method:

  1. Melt dark chocolate with avocado oil in the microwave

  2. Mix in trail mix and marshmallows

  3. Place in the refrigerator until chocolate hardens.

  4. Break apart and enjoy!
