Teriyaki Salmon With Rice Noodles

This recipe is a weeknight lifesaver, ready in under 30 minutes and packed with flavor the whole family will enjoy. It’s a simple, crowd-pleasing meal that delivers takeout-style comfort with fresh, wholesome ingredients.

Serves 3-4
Ingredients
1 lb wild salmon
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
2 tsp everything bagel seasoning
1/4 cup coconut aminos
1 tsp avocado oil
Rice Pad Thai noodles
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce (I used primal kitchen's teriyaki sauce)
2 cups broccoli
1/2 cup pre-cooked edamame
Method
Place salmon, garlic, ginger, seasoning, coconut aminos, avocado oil into a bowl and coat thoroughly.
Air-fry salmon on 400 degrees F for about 15-20 minutes or until cooked to preference
Boil rice noodles in water according to package.
Steam broccoli (option to air-fry broccoli with the salmon)
Drain water when noodles are cooked. Add teriyaki sauce and edamame to noodles.
Put noodles in a bowl and top with salmon and broccoli.
