Teriyaki Salmon With Rice Noodles

Serves 3-4

Ingredients

  • 1 lb wild salmon

  • 1 clove minced garlic

  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger

  • 2 tsp everything bagel seasoning

  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos

  • 1 tsp avocado oil

  • Rice Pad Thai noodles

  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce (I used primal kitchen's teriyaki sauce)

  • 2 cups broccoli

  • 1/2 cup pre-cooked edamame


Method

  1. Place salmon, garlic, ginger, seasoning, coconut aminos, avocado oil into a bowl and coat thoroughly.

  2. Air-fry salmon on 400 degrees F for about 15-20 minutes or until cooked to preference

  3. Boil rice noodles in water according to package.

  4. Steam broccoli (option to air-fry broccoli with the salmon)

  5. Drain water when noodles are cooked. Add teriyaki sauce and edamame to noodles.

  6. Put noodles in a bowl and top with salmon and broccoli.
